HARARE - The Zimbabwe national soccer team is expected to begin training tomorrow (Tuesday), as it prepares for Sunday’s crucial 2013 AFCON qualifier with Angola at Rufaro Stadium.
Botswana-based Arnold Chaka and Black Leopards midfielder Abbas Amidu are already in the country with other foreign-based players expected to join camp this Tuesday.
Local-based players assembled today ahead of Tuesday’s first training session.
Meanwhile, Tapuwa Kapini is unlikely to make it in time for Sunday’s encounter as he battles to recover from an ankle injury sustained while training for his South African club, Amazulu.
